Every progressive and responsible business is aware of
the environmental responsibility they owe to the community.
At Fletcher and Sons, like all good foundries,
we are essentially a value added recycling plant.
We work with strategic partners to ensure no less than
95% of our raw materials are sourced from high quality recycled metal.
In order to manufacture castings there is a requirement
for large quantities of foundry grade sand. Whilst we
purchase new sand when required, we have installed
a state of the art sand reclamation system to ensure
reduced landfill waste, more cost effective production,
and ultimately savings to the environment and customer.
